On release September 2008 - (Cert15)  Pineapple Express is a  comedy crime thriller witnessing how a junkie and his dealer avoid the local drug baron.

  A bone idle court clerk and stoner Dale Denton has only one purpose in mind when he visits his equally "waste of space" dealer Saul Silver, to buy more weed, something special, a rare new hybrid called Pineapple Express. Unfortunately Dale becomes the only witness to a homicide by a bent cop called Carol Brazier and the city's most dangerous drug lord, Ted Jones.   Panicking, Dale drops his roach of Pineapple Express at the murder scene.

Dale now has one more reason to visit Saul the dealer.  He discovers to his dismay that the weed is so rare that it can be traced back to him. Dale and Saul go on the run for their lives.  In no time at all they quickly discover that they're not suffering from drug fueled paranoia.

The bent cop and the drug barons heavies are hot on their trail and trying to figure out the fastest way to kill them both.  Let the chase begin...
