Personal Services

Personal Programs. Compiled specially for you to allow you to get the best from the equipment in the gym. (£16.00)
Body Statistics. The ideal way to see how your body is changing through fitness. Regular workouts convert body fat to muscle. It is not always instantly noticeable and the scales won't tell you.( £7.50)
Fitness Testing. Three tests to keep track of your progress. Vo2 = 10 minute fitness test on a bike to evaluate your level of fitness relative to your age. Grip Test = A strength test on a grip bar that you squeeze to measure strength compared to age and gender. Flexibility Test. Using a Sit and Reach Box to check flexiblity with regard to age. (£11.00)

Special Offer. All the above three services for £27.50, saving £7.00.

Inductions

Prior to using the Fitness Suite you must be instructed on the use and safety of the equipment. A choice of inductions are availbale to suit your needs.

Group - Up to six people on induction. Gold Card Member - Free, Non Gold card - £13.75
Bronze - One to One. Gold card - £7.00, Non Gold Card - £20.00
Silver - One To One and Personal Programme. Gold Card - £18.00, Non Gold Card - £28.00
Gold - One to One and Personal Programme and Fitness Test. - Gold Card - £27.50, Non Gold Card - £37.50.

Swimming

Open 7 days. Public swimming Adult Swim = £3.30. Disabled swim = £0.70. Junior (under 16's) = £2.20. Senior Citizens = £2.35. Under 5's = Free. *All children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult. Family swim = Sat 1100 - 1700. Sun 0800 - 1700. £8.50

Teen Fit

With the recent concern of obese children and the danger to their future health teenagers can now enjoy supervised fitness sessions designed especially for them and their age groups. or teens that just want to meet up with like minded people and make new friends.

5 Sessions a week

Fully supervised

For ages 11 -18 years

16 -18 year old can use Fitness suite and Cardio Suite when accompanied by an adult

Mon 1600 - 1715, Tues 1600 - 1715, Thurs 1600 - 1715, Sat 130 - 1415, Sun 1415 - 1530.

*Note. On first visit a fee of £1.00 plus passport sized photo will be required for your TeenFit membership card

Gymnastics

Classes. Junior) = Tues & Sat. Adults open = Thurs & Fri.

Trampoline

Hourly sessions (Junior) = Saturdays between 0900 - 1300.

Junior open (term time only) = Thurs 1200 - 1300 Toddlers £2.35.

All Ages 1600 - 1645 £2.35. & Fri 8 years+ 1800 - 1850, 1900 - 1950. 12 - 16 years 2000 - 2100. £2.45.

Adult open = Thurs 1000 - 1200 £3.35 & Fri 2000 - 2100 £3.50
No Jeans or Jewellery Please.

Ladies Morning

Wed & Thurs = 0900 - 1200. £3.95. Badminton, Squash, Racketball, *Trampolining (Term time only) & Fitness class. Free Cup of Tea/Coffee.

Adults Open Sessions fully supervised and competitive. Tues 2000 - 2300. £ 4.10.

Junior Badminton 7 years+ All Levels. Tues. 1600 - 1700. £ 3.90

Open. Just turn up and get matched! Fri. 1700 - 2140. £ 4.30. Sun. 1900 - 2220 £2.20.

Pilates

An approach to excercise developing the body's awareness, improving posture and alignment. Helps with flexibility and ease of movement. Mon: 1715 - 1815 & Wed 1030 - 1130. Course Fee applies.
