Release 14 November 2008 - Quarantine.   On March 11th 2008, the US government sealed off an apartment block in Los Angeles. The residents were never seen again. Until now!

Television reporter Angela Vidal played by Jennifer Carpenter and her cameraman played by Steve Harris are assigned to spend the night shift with a Los Angeles Fire Station.  After a quite normal and routine 911 call takes them to a small apartment building, they find police officers already at the scene responding to bloodcurdling screams coming from one of the apartments.

They soon learn that a woman living in the building has been infected by a mysterious disease which turns victims into bloodthirsty savages.  After a few of the residents are viciously attacked, they try to escape with the news crew in tow, only to find that the CDC has quarantined the building.

Phones, internet, televisions and cell phone access have been cut off, and officials are not relaying information to those locked inside, and are apparently taking actions to prevent them from escaping. When the quarantine is finally lifted, the only evidence of what took place is the news crew's videotape......

The fire crew, the TV reporters all go up to the apartment of Mrs. Espinoza, the source of the blodcurdling screams.   Getting no response to their knocks,  the door gets broken down.  A dog runs out of the apartment as the group enters.  A woman, Mrs.Espinoza is found in the living room, struggling to breathe. She is frightened by the light from the TV crews camera and appears to be covered in blood, foam bubbling from her lips and growling.  One crew member is bitten by her, but is subdued by the others.  One man stays with Espinoza as the others take the wounded man back down to the lobby. Just as the group are about to leave the building to get medical assistance,  they are locked in by the authorities and told not to stay put.  A body falls down the stairs, it's the man left with Mrs.Espinoza.   He is bleeding from a bite to the face.......

What is happening?  Are we all going to die?
